The YHI Distribution Business is the key contributor for the
Group. We distribute a diverse range of high-quality automotive and
industrial products globally with the aim of building YHI into a
global brand name where “The World is our Market”.
Key tyre brands represented by the Group are
Yokohama, Nitto, Nankang, Nexen, Pirelli, Archilles and our proprietary
brand, Neuton Tyres. Our alloy wheels brand portfolio includes Enkei,
OZ, Konig, Breyton and our proprietary brand, Advanti Racing.
Our industrial products portfolio includes both
automotive and rechargeable batteries for commercial and industrial use
as well as golf and utility buggies from E-Z-GO and Cushman and other
industrial power products like solar panels, chargers and UPS. Some of
the key brands we distribute are Hitachi, Trojan, CSB, Benning, Crown,
Vision, FIAMM and Jinko Solar. We have an extensive range of industrial
power products under our proprietary brand, Neuton Power.
To strengthen our distribution business, we have
adopted a multi-product, multi-brand and multi-category (“3M”) marketing
strategy for our sales offices and distributors worldwide. The 3M
Marketing Strategy is focused on promotion and development of our
portfolio of premium and proprietary brands, expansion of our
distribution network and deepener penetration into existing markets.
The Multi-Product strategy complements our wide
product offering of automotive products such as tyres and alloy wheels
and industrial products like rechargeable and renewal batteries to golf
and utility buggies, giving our customers more purchasing options.
The Multi-Brand strategy enables us to achieve a
wider consumer base, offering different brands for different consumer
segments. This is a proactive approach to fill gaps that are present in
our marketing and distribution channels.
The Multi-Category strategy will broaden our
product offerings of different categories such as tyres from passenger
cars to light trucks to off-the-road vehicles.
